find details of our three luxury wood lodges, situated in south Breckland
literally a few yards from the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Run by mother
and daughter team Connie Atkins and Leigh Mills, the lodges are ideal as the
base for exploring the beauties of the local area, while at the same time
they also form the perfect location for a straight-forward relaxing break.
All
the lodges are furnished to a high standard
and are
situated in nine acres of woodland and grassland beside the Little Ouse.
This tranquil site on the edge of the Brecks with unique
flora and fauna
holds a David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation
Norfolk is the closest major holiday destination to London - under 2 hours by train to the Olympic Park - and the perfect base for a family summer holiday in 2012. You can combine a relaxing stay and take in a couple of days at the Games as well.

Alderwood Lodges has expanded. A brand new lodge has arrived and is being made ready for our first guests in April. Similar in size to Hawthorn, Brambles Lodge has two bedrooms, one king size en-suite and second twin bedded room, with a separate main bathroom.
It has a luxury fitted kitchen and dining area and large patio doors allow easy access from the lounge to the wooden decking area. There is a ramped wheelchair access to the lounge and dining room areas.
