Burnside |
"Burnside" is a two bedroomed lodge, with kitchen/diner, lounge area and bathroom. Fully carpeted throughout, the lodge is heated by electric panel heaters in all rooms. There is also an electric coal-effect fire in the lounge. All linen is provided, including towels and tea towels. The cost for electricity is included in the rental charge. | ||

The open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area has two 2-seater settees, LCD colour TV with Freeview and VCR and DVD. French doors open onto a verandah with garden furniture to enjoy outdoor meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and automatic washer/dryer. A payphone is installed in the lodge. There are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with twin beds. All beds are fitted with duvets and electric blankets. A cot and highchair are also available. There is a clock radio alarm in the double bedroom, as well as a hairdryer. The bathroom has a bath and overhead electric shower and a shaver socket. |

Hawthorn Lodge |
"Hawthorn Lodge" has three bedrooms, with lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom. All linen is provided, including towels and tea towels. The cost for electricity is included in the rental charge. | ||||

The open plan lounge/dining area comfortably seats six people, with 3 and 2 seater sofas and a chair, positioned around an electric cast iron coal burner. There is a widescreen TV, DVD recorder/player with Freeview, mini hi-fi unit and a telephone. Free WiFi access is now available in Hawthorn Lodge. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat six. French doors open onto a south-facing verandah with garden furniture to relax outside with a drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to provide your own meals. There is an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer and microwave oven. The Master room is fitted with a King size bed and en-suite shower room, portable TV, clock radio alarm and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 is a twin room and there is also a bunk room, both with full size beds. All beds are fitted with duvets. The Master and twin rooms have electric blankets. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. There is toilet, shower and wash basin en-suite to the Master bedroom. The main bathroom is equipped with a full size bath with overhead shower, washbasin and toilet. There are shaver points in both bathrooms.

This lovely site is a place where all guests are free to
walk and relax in quiet surroundings while enjoying the many birds and
other wildlife that populate the area. There is ample
car parking. We are keen on recycling and there are appropriate
bins. Smoking is not allowed in either lodge. Pets are welcome
by prior arrangement but please note that dogs must not be left unattended
in either of the properties. Barbecues are available. Click
