Booking Conditions 

Telephone Bookings held for 4 days

A deposit of £50 is required with confirmation of booking

Balance of payment is required 4 weeks before commencement of holiday.

Arrival after 3:00 p.m. Depart by 10:00 a.m.

Cheques should be made payable to Connie Atkins for "Burnside" or Leigh Mills for "Hawthorn Lodge" and "Brambles"

Guests are advised that refunds are not available in the event of a cancellation except where we are able to re-let the cancelled dates, when a full refund will be paid excepting the deposit.  We advise guests consider taking out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance cover.
